Estée Lauder Companies Travel Retail division wanted a way to showcase the work of their talented Store Design & Visual Merchandising team, as well as be a platform for inclusion, diversity & equity within the creative part of the company. ELC Design Squad was born, but needed a brand and a visual voice. For over 4 years the Design Squad's Instagram account has been a source of pride for the team. As many team members travel, design, and install new stores and pop-ups, the rest of the company can now see their work and read about their accomplishments. The teams IG page also celebrates the creative side of Black History Month and Women's Day by posting relevant topics.
