Overview

This project was a first-of-its-kind MAC Cosmetics retail concept for the Americas region, designed to create a more elevated, immersive, and experience-driven store environment. As Lead Visual Merchandising Manager, I helped bring the space to life through strategic visual storytelling, fixture planning, and branded in-store experiences that reflected MAC’s bold identity while introducing a fresh approach to retail design.

Impact

The project successfully launched a new retail concept for MAC within the Americas region, creating a more modern and engaging customer experience while setting a new visual merchandising benchmark for future store environments. The space reflected both the creativity of the MAC brand and the evolving expectations of experiential retail.
