A Spotlight on the Squad.

Overview
Estée Lauder Companies Travel Retail division wanted a way to showcase the work of their talented Store Design & Visual Merchandising team, while also creating a platform for inclusion, diversity, and equity within the creative side of the business. ELC Design Squad was created as both a visual identity and communication platform to highlight this work, but it needed a clear brand and cohesive visual voice. As part of the creative team, I helped shape how this initiative came to life across internal and external-facing touchpoints.
Impact
The ELC Design Squad became a long-standing internal platform that elevated the visibility of the Store Design & Visual Merchandising team across Estée Lauder Companies Travel Retail. Over more than four years, the initiative strengthened internal recognition, fostered a stronger sense of creative community, and gave global teams a shared space to celebrate their work, culture, and impact across the business.
